richards will not be allowed to go because 1) he plays for rivals city 2) city have a sugar daddy so they dont need to sell.

owen is past it

huntelaar on the other hand would be interesting… as would be benzema but he doesnt want to move yet

possible someone in the shape of david villa seeing as valencia are broke… or yuri zhirkov from russia as a replacement for giggs???

We don’t need Ronny. A player who has openly come out and said he doesn’t want to be here. He needs to go to Spain where the football is slower in order to show off his skills. Don’t doubt that he is a real quality player, but he tends to shine against the lesser teams in the prem for us. Look at the way that Germany marked him out of the game in the Euro’s, big teams with decent defenders can effectively cut him off. We all saw it at points in the champs league as well. Compare him to Messi in the Barce game. Playing that type of football he would be much better suited to us. Berbatov is a joke who we don’t need. Richards is quality, but I like the Wes Brown point. The guy was really solid last season. Also hopefully Danny Simpson will come back from his spell on loan showing the real class we saw glimpses of last season.

If Ronny goes we need Fabiano and Diego. But if not them then Quaresma, Veloso and Joao Moutinho, can’t go wrong with Portuguese players especially from Sporting.
